Once your account is set up, your branded website and mobile app will be immediately available for your use. Customers can browse your menu, place orders that are sent to you immediately. You choose to have customers pay in store or via credit cards connected directly to your merchant account.

Is it easy to use?

Absolutely! No coding or technical skills are required. Our support teams will assist to get you up and running in a few days. Both your website and app will be very easy for customers to place orders, which are received on your tablet or smart phones of your choice.

How much does it cost?

It is completely Free – no setup or monthly fees. You get a state-of-the-art website and mobile app with your menu, which you can customize at any time. It also comes with online cart and payments and unlimited orders, and an order taking app to alert your staff of new orders. For a low monthly fee, you can subscribe additional features such as Loyalty Points and Delivery. These are completely optional of course.

Do we really keep 100%?

Absolutely. You keep 100% of all orders and receipts. All customer payments are deposited directly into your merchant account without any additional or hidden fees from us. There may be fees charged by your current merchant account and the authorize.net gateway.

How are payments handled?

The ineons platform is connected to your merchant account via the authorize.net gateway (a leading gateway owned by Visa and used by 430,000 merchants with over 1 billion transactions and $149 billion processed every year). The platform will accept any credit cards currently approved by your merchant account. We can also create a merchant account for you. Alternatively, you can also allow customers to pay in store.

What equipment do I need?

You can place your own Android or IOS tablet at the front counter to receive new orders. You will also receive emails of these orders as soon as they arrive. You can also use your smart phone anywhere to receive orders or monitor them. Just download our app, sign in and you’re ready to go. Use your laptop to manage the activities and the menu from the dashboard.

How do we get support?

You get free online and phone support during the initial setup and ongoing operations. We provide complimentary marketing support with custom promotional material templates.

Who else is using ineons?

Since the launch of the ineons platform earlier this year, we have successfully implemented our web and mobile ordering system for both independent and franchised restaurants in Northern California. Their services include sit-down with full menus, quick service, food and beverages.
